Nudell Architects designed this building, it was recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and was awarded the Certificate of Achievement - 2008 Energy Star Challenge: Architects. This building was the first national retailer to obtain the ENERGY STAR Design from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. It was designed and built to have the potential to deliver long-term benefits in performance, cost, and sustainability.
