Village of Milford to create the conceptual design of this building.

Mixed Use Building -Traverse City,MI

NUDELL ARCHITECTS designed this five story building with luxury condos, offices and retail stores. The brick and limestone-clad building, with a french provincial flavor, includes a lobby with a large waterfall. The 50,000 square foot building includes a restaurant and other retail stores on the street level, offices and/or retail services on the second floor, and 12 residential condominium units on the top three floors. A penthouse condo on the fifth featuring terraces all around the building.
